Who are Massive Attack?

Massive attack is are an English trip hop group, that was formed in 1988 in Bristol. The member are: Robert Del Naja, Grant Marshall and formerly Andy Vowles.

The album 'Blue Lines.'

The Album 'Blue Lines' was released on the 1st June 1991, it was their first album. The Album has 9 songs on it:
They released the single with the name 'Massive' and then later changed it to 'Massive Attack'. 'The choice of using the name "Massive" was done to avoid a radio ban as its release coincided with the Gulf War.'


The song and video 'Unfinished Sympathy.'

The song was written by the three members of the group: Robert Del Naja, Grant Marshall and Andy Vowles Shara Nelson and the group's co-producer Jonathan Sharp. The music video was directed by Baillie Walsh. Shara Nelson featured in the music video and sang the lyrics of the song.

1) they promoted it using social media platforms like snapchat, which had a filter that potential audiences could use and share with their friends. Competitions were ran and the jungle book themed prizes were advertised.  The film also  had a Super Bowl ad placement and a 3D preview in auditoria before the Star Wars movie. 2) social media was vital to the JB becoming a good film. Stranger things Both films have a scene where the kids are on a bike Both films include aliens Stranger things: Age analysis In the first clip of stranger things, the representation of age is shown through camera shots to show the stereotype of adults. A low angled shot was used where the adult (mum) was on the top of the stair and the children were at the bottom of them. The viewer was looking up at the adult with the children to the child's perspective. This shot was used to symbolize the authority and power of the adult. Over the shoulder shots were also used to show the child in between the adults (His mother and his father), this also shows the adults dominance over the children. The boy tries to ask his dad something but he tells him to 'listen to his mother' The mother/adults are also being responsible, as they send the kids home when it gets too late. Stranger things: Character description Joyce Byers Joyce is a major character, she is Will Byers mum who reports her son missing to Jim Hopper She conforms to the single parent stereotype, as she has to work long ours to support her family, as well as her eldest son having to work, to also help pay for things. Erratic, wants to find will, doesn't sleep, works hard She is Will's mum and reports him missing. She is constantly looking for him and doesn't stop until she finds him. Jim Hopper Jim is a major character, as he is the sheriff of the town. He is in charge of the missing persons case (Will Byers).
